If the Buyer receives the wrong, defective or damaged product, he must inform the seller of the incident within 7 (seven) days of receipt. After receiving the complaint, the Seller will have 30 days to cancel the purchase and return the item.
If the Buyer or the person responsible for receiving the products finds a discrepancy between the models of the product purchased and received, or finds inconsistencies between the quantity of products purchased and received, they must refuse to receive the different product, recording the reason for the refusal. on the receipt.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law and the Central Forum of the District of the Metropolitan Region of Florianópolis/SC is elected, with express waiver of any other forum, however privileged it may be, to resolve disputes that may arise from its terms.

Cancellation and return
 
You may cancel your purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days from delivery of the product, in accordance with the following terms:

(a) Refusal to receive the product by the Buyer, if the cancellation request was made before delivery;
(b) Collection of the product already delivered to the Buyer, in the original packaging and in perfect condition.
For the product to be collected and the cancellation to be effective, the product:
(a) It must be in the condition in which it was delivered;
(b) It must be in the same packaging in which the product was received;
(c) It must be complete, that is, accompanied by all accessories, as delivered;
If the Buyer refuses to return the product, the refusal will be interpreted as a waiver of the cancellation request. Therefore, the billing procedures will be canceled and no amount will be refunded to the Buyer.
 
Product issues
 
If the Buyer receives the wrong, defective or damaged product, he or she must inform Loja Artigos Antigos (Antique Items Store) immediately after receiving and inspecting the product.
After receiving the complaint, Loja Artigos Antigos (Antique Items Store) will have 30 days to cancel the purchase by returning the item.
Loja Artigos Antigos (Antique Items Store) may request information from the Buyer regarding the transaction carried out and the item received.
In cases where the Buyer requests the cancellation of the purchase, respecting the procedures set out in the items above, the Buyer may choose to use the purchase amount as credit for the purchase of other products sold on the Loja Artigos Antigos (Antique Items Store) website or opt for a refund of the amounts
If the Buyer chooses to refund the amounts, this will be done as follows after returning the product:
a) If payment was made by bank slip, the amount will be transferred to the bank account indicated by the Buyer, within up to 7 (seven) business days from the cancellation request and confirmation of receipt of payment;
b) If payment was made by credit card, Loja Artigos Antigos (Antique Items Store) will request a refund from the card operator, within 7 working days of the refund request (the amount will be refunded by the card operator on the invoice, which cannot be the following). one to win, if already closed at the time of refund).
